The 2004 Disney Channel Original Movie Pixel Perfect, is not available outside of Disney broadcast releases, but the soundtrack is. Among the tracks on it, are three songs, each with multiple meanings yet, from the way they were presented in the film, it is clear they were meant to refer to aspects of the life of a computer generated singer.

Aggrivatingly, the three songs are not available without DRM, as at time of writing, Disney is still in a somewhat paranoid love affair with digital rights management, and controlling what its clients do with that which they buy.

Get Real is perhaps best summed up as a parody of the desire of Hollywood towards ever more fake individuals. Unsurprisingly, the real Hollywood is at this time, aggressively pursuing the concept of wholly digital actors, who can then become studio property entirely, and forced to obey the studio?s every whim ? with no wages.

Nothings Wrong with Me


Just because someone is physically different, ie, in the film, based on a different substrate ? a computer program and photons instead of a physical brain and flesh, why should that automatically mean something is wrong with them? The same can be said for anyone who is in any way disabled, or different skin colour, or just plain different.
